Recording Policy

At Foxfire Biblical Ministries, sessions may be audio and/or video recorded or transcribed for the purposes of review and record keeping.

All recordings will be kept strictly confidential and securely stored.
Recordings will never be shared for training, teaching, or research.
Recordings may only be shared if required by law.
All session recordings will be handled with the utmost care, discretion, and prayer.

Please note: As a non-medical entity, Foxfire Biblical Ministries reserves the right to refuse to hold sessions if consent for recording is not granted.

Client Rights

You may ask questions at any time regarding the use, storage, or confidentiality of recordings.
You understand that refusal to consent may result in Foxfire Biblical Ministries declining to provide services.
