Recording Policy:

Technology has provided many benefits by enabling connection and ministry despite geographic distances. However, it can also make building rapport challenging due to the lack of physical presence and nonverbal cues. Your prayer minister emphasizes reducing distractions and tuning into your ministry needs. To address this and enhance your prayer ministers' ability to connect with you, sessions are digitally transcribed for record-keeping and prayerful review afterward.

All transcriptions will be kept strictly confidential and securely stored.
Transcriptions may only be shared if required by law.
All transcriptions will be handled with the utmost care, discretion, and prayer.

You may ask questions at any time regarding the use, storage, or confidentiality of recordings.
